I remember when I was at home when I was a child, my mother would make bean dumplings and bean buns every time when the Chinese New Year was approaching. I couldn’t eat it╯﹏╰ So I made some bean dumplings and bean buns to satisfy my cravings. Haha, they are actually sold in supermarkets. I just feel that the ones I made are clean and hygienic, and they also taste!

Soak red beans in water for 4-6 hours
