Onion and ginger preservation
Overview
In the past, when we bought onions and ginger, they would either dry out and rot when they were used up, or the ginger and onions would be broken. Since I started using these two methods, I have basically never had any problems at home. I can use them whenever I want. It’s very convenient~

fresh ginger

Wash and slice the skin, not too thin

Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt on the chopped ginger

Shake it and mix it well

Store in a clean, sealed glass jar

Store in the refrigerator, ready for use, and can be stored for at least 20 days

A handful of fresh chives

Remove the tail and rinse with clean water

Drain the water from the surface of the shallots

Put into glass bottles

Green onions can be stored in the refrigerator for about 1 week and can be used as needed~
