Spicy fried black fish

Overview

My kids love to eat fish, but I hate it. Occasionally I go to restaurants and find that this method does not smell fishy. Come back and give it a try. It's not difficult to make and tastes good. I share this with everyone, hoping that my friends who don’t like the smell of fish like me will fall in love with eating fish.

  1. Wash fish, peppers, onions, ginger and garlic. Dry the fish.

  2. Cut the fish and onions with a knife and set aside. Pat the ginger and garlic with the back of a knife and set aside.

  3. Heat the oil and fry the fish until golden brown, remove and control the oil.

  4. Pour off excess oil. Leave a little base oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Add the chilies and stir-fry until cooked.

  6. Add the fried fish pieces, add appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce, a little soy sauce, salt, MSG and pepper noodles. Add water and stir-fry evenly.

  7. Reduce the juice over high heat, remove from the pan and serve on a plate
