Wash the cabbage, cut it into 4 halves with a cross knife from the heel, marinate it in salt water overnight, and drain the water

Shred radish and green onions and set aside

Place onions, ginger, pears, apples, and garlic cloves in a food processor and puree

Add the beaten puree and shredded shreds to the chili powder, salt and sugar and stir evenly

Evenly apply the seasoning paste on each piece of cabbage, and be sure to apply it on the heel!

Arrange it and put it in a pot at room temperature for a day. If the temperature is higher, you can leave it for half a day

Cut into small pieces for easy consumption before placing in the refrigerator
