  1. Wash the cabbage, cut it into 4 halves with a cross knife from the heel, marinate it in salt water overnight, and drain the water

  2. Shred radish and green onions and set aside

  3. Place onions, ginger, pears, apples, and garlic cloves in a food processor and puree

  4. Add the beaten puree and shredded shreds to the chili powder, salt and sugar and stir evenly
