Margaret
Overview
Margaret biscuits have a very long scientific name, Miss Margaret who lived in Stresa, Italy. It is said that a pastry chef fell in love with a lady and invented this snack in various ways of longing for her. He muttered her name silently and flattened the cookies one by one with his thumbs. Because of this beautiful process, Margarita biscuits are also called lover's fingerprints by romantic people.
