Drawn peanuts
Overview
Wait until the peanuts are covered with sugar, put them in a pot to dry for a while, and then take them out when they are slightly hard. When they cool down, they become hard and delicious. The peanuts are relatively brittle

Peel the cooked peanuts and remove the seed coat, set aside,

Add sugar and simmer (I didn’t take a photo) until it becomes sticky and turns brown. Turn off the heat and add peanuts and stir.

Let the peanuts dry in the pot and scoop them out
