Stir-fried Mushrooms with BBQ Flavor
Overview
This is the most interesting dish I have ever made! It actually smells like barbecue! Haha, the method is super simple, just stir fry in the pan. Vegetarian oyster mushrooms can also make barbecue flavor! Try it now!

Prepare the oyster mushrooms.

Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, wash and set aside.

Wrap the washed oyster mushrooms with kitchen towels to squeeze out the water (I don't have kitchen towels, so I use disposable face towels~).

Squeeze the dried oyster mushrooms into a bowl and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan.

Heat the oil and stir-fry the oyster mushrooms. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Stir-fry continuously to dry out the moisture of the oyster mushrooms, and stir-fry until the surface of the oyster mushrooms turns yellow.

Before serving, add an appropriate amount of cumin powder and some pepper.

It’s out of the pot! It’s really delicious! The key is that the method is so simple! It feels like eating barbecue! Haha 😄.
