Boil an egg together, remove the white, leave the yolk, and sift through a strainer to make the yolk more delicate.

Add the melted butter at room temperature to the powdered sugar and 1 gram of salt and beat for 2-3 minutes until the butter becomes thicker. I don’t use a lot of powdered sugar in this cookie, so I suggest you not to reduce the amount of sugar!

Add flour and cornstarch.

Knead into a dough and place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Take out the refrigerated dough and divide it into small doughs of even size. Use the palm of your hand to make the dough smooth and round, and then press the small dough with your fingers. It will naturally form cracks like this. Preheat the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes. The power of each oven varies, and the time and temperature are for reference only.
