Wash the shepherd's purse, blanch it in water, squeeze out the water and chop into fine pieces. Chop the sandwich meat into fine pieces. Chop the garlic into puree. Put it in a large bowl and beat in an egg

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil and mix well to form a filling

Stack four dumpling skins, each one third overlapping

Add shepherd's purse meat filling

Fold in half

Roll it up starting from one end, then dip it in a little water and pinch it tightly

All prepared rose dumplings

Put oil in a pan, add the dumplings and fry the bottom first

Pour half of the water into the dumplings, cover and simmer

Wait until the water dries up and remove from the pot
