  1. Prepare one portion each of mango puree and mango juice. If you don’t have a juicer at home, just use the puree pressed through the leakage net.

  7. Fill the cup! Place in the refrigerator to chill for more than three hours.

  8. I forgot to take a picture of this step. Making mirror surface: Take the remaining 3 grams of fish gelatin powder and add 5 times of water to dissolve it and add mango juice. Stir well and add to the solidified mousse cup. Place in the refrigerator again until solid!
