Grapefruit, orange and pear juice
Overview
Grapefruit is rich in folic acid and is suitable for pregnant women. However, it tastes a bit bitter when eaten alone, so I decided to squeeze the juice and add some oranges, which are rich in vitamin C, and pear to blend the taste of the juice.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients that need to be juiced: half a grapefruit, an orange, and a pear.
-
Peel the orange, dice the orange flesh and set aside.
-
Remove the flesh of the grapefruit and place it on a plate. Peel and dice the pear and set aside. Be careful to remove the heart.
-
Pour all the prepared diced fruit pulp into a blender, add a bottle of 555ml mineral water, and start the juice blender. After blending, filter the pulp, add an appropriate amount of honey, and drink. (The picture on the left shows the pomace without filtering. My family wanted to try the unfiltered juice, so after beating the juice, pour it out and add honey to drink)
