In order to make this bread, I bought chia seeds. It is said that chia seeds can improve sleep, suppress sugar cravings, increase satiety, and help lose weight. Are you interested in losing weight? It’s better to get excited. Mold: Xuechu 12-cup non-stick square mold

Ingredients
Steps
-
Saute chia seeds until fragrant and let cool;
-
Pour all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket and set the dough program;
-
After 20 minutes, pause and add butter;
-
The bread machine resets the dough mixing program until the program ends;
-
Place it in a warm place for basic fermentation. When the dough ferments to more than double its original size, you can dip your fingers into high-gluten flour and poke a hole in the middle of the dough. If the hole does not shrink back, it proves that the dough has fermented well;
-
Take out the dough and deflate it, divide it into 12 equal portions, roll into balls, cover with cloth or plastic wrap, and rest for 15 minutes;
-
Put the dough into the mold for final fermentation;
-
Let the dough double in size, sprinkle with a layer of high-gluten flour, and cut into buns with a sharp blade;
-
Squeeze softened butter into the crack;
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Adjust the heat to 200 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes to color the bread. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool and seal it.
