Boil the water in the pot.

Add sago and cook, stirring with a spoon halfway to prevent sago from sticking to the pot.

Cook until the surface of the sago is transparent, take it out and rinse with water.

Re-boil a pot of water, add sago and continue cooking.

Cook until there is only a small white spot left on the sago, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, take out the sago, rinse and refrigerate.

Cut watermelon into cubes.

Scoop out the seeds and cut into small pieces.

Place into stick cups.

Use a cooking stick to stir into watermelon juice.

Pour watermelon juice into bowl.

Add sago, sugar and diced watermelon.
