Overview

The leeks grown by the elderly at home were too much for our consumption, so I threw some away from time to time. Until a few days ago, I had the idea to refer to the method of grilling leeks and made salt and pepper leeks. Two children rushed to eat them, and the phenomenon of throwing away leeks no longer occurred. The method is simple, just fry the leeks over high heat and add some pepper, salt and cumin.

  1. Wash the leeks and cut them into sections. You can cut them into longer pieces.

  2. Heat oil in pan.

  3. When the oil is hot, add the leeks and stir-fry over high heat.

  4. Turn off the heat when the leeks are raw.

  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cumin powder. Mix well.

  6. If it's not flavorful enough, you can sprinkle some more after serving.
