Mushroom Meat Sauce
Overview
Yesterday I told my friend that I wanted to make fried sauce. It happened that it was raining on the weekend and I didn't want to go out. So I ran to a few supermarkets and bought meat, carrots, mushrooms, and peppers, and then started making it at home. Unexpectedly, the color of the finished product was quite amazing. I gave a small bottle to others and was full of praise.

First, cut the carrots into strips, then into strips and finally into dices, cut the mushrooms into dices, cut the peppers into small pieces, smash some garlic, and mince the ginger.
