Cabbage, purple cabbage and pork dumplings
Overview
My fat family loves dumplings and often orders steamed dumplings out. I think the dumplings I make are more delicious; every time I say that it is not easy to make them at home. You can use whatever fillings you want. They are delicious and safe to eat. Purple cabbage, commonly known as purple cabbage, is rich in nutrients, especially rich in vitamin C, vitamin U and more vitamin E and B family. Chinese cabbage is also rich in vitamins, calcium, zinc, selenium and other minerals and dietary fiber. Paired with dumplings made of minced meat, each one is nutritious and delicious.

Prepare materials

Wash and chop purple cabbage

Wash the cabbage, chop it into pieces and drain it

Place minced meat, cabbage, and purple cabbage on a large plate, add minced meat sauce

Stir evenly until the meat filling is thick

Take the dumpling wrapper, put an appropriate amount of meat filling and wrap it into the shape you like

Put the wrapped dumplings in the steamer drawer

Place in steam oven and steam for 15 minutes
