Shredded Sweet Potato

As a senior foodie, my favorite thing is cooking. I like to eat carrots and sweet potatoes. I made it for the first time, but I didn’t expect it to be a super success

1. 1 I prepared two sweet potatoes, one large and one small, cut into hob pieces

   

2. 2 Ordinary household white sugar will do

   

3. 3 Put the prepared sweet potatoes into the oil pan and fry them over high heat

   

4. 4 Basically, I cooked the sweet potatoes a second or two late. After all, I was pressed for time to cook the sugar and so on. When I cooked the sweet potatoes, I didn’t have time to take pictures

   

5. 5 It was hung up and cooked successfully because when frying the sweet potatoes, I used chopsticks to check if they were done, so there was a hole in the sweet potatoes
