Carrot candy

Carrot candy

Overview

Baking a plate of carrot-shaped meringues instantly captured the hearts of my girl and nephew, who both said it was so delicious! I ate one and my daughter had to snatch it from my hand. She couldn't stop eating it and she would eat it up in a matter of seconds. But it’s not advisable to eat it often. It’s good to use it as a substitute for candy like lollipops, milk candies, etc. At least it’s made by yourself without any additives.

  5. Add green coloring

  6. Put them into piping bags respectively and use a flower-shaped piping tip

    Carrot candy step 6
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and squeeze out the green radish into tassel-like shapes (I am handicapped)

    Carrot candy step 7
  8. Then use orange-yellow egg white to squeeze out the radish body that is thick at the top and thin at the bottom (try to leave a slightly larger gap between the radishes, because they will become larger when roasted)

    Carrot candy step 8
  9. Squeeze out the extra protein into the large gaps in the baking pan

  10. Preheat the oven for five minutes, then bake at 160 degrees for eight or nine minutes. If the skin is set, it will take about 35 minutes at 100 degrees (you can take out one to taste, if you can easily pull it off the baking sheet, it is definitely cooked. I prefer the ones that are slightly heavier, as they have a special taste and are especially delicious). They will be crispy after they come out of the oven, not too delicious
