Stir-fried pork lungs with double peppers
Overview
My mother-in-law bought braised pig lungs and used half of them to stir-fry. It has a strong braised flavor and is paired with red and green peppers and coriander. It goes well with rice.

Cut the pork lungs into hob pieces.

The peppers are also cut into hob pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add red and green peppers and stir-fry until the flavor is released, then add a small amount of salt.

Add pork lungs and stir well.
