Fried crucian carp
Overview
This fish has many names, some are called plum boy fish, and some are called big-headed fish. Ours is called crucian carp. Very tender little fish.

Main raw materials.

Clean the crucian carp and remove the head for later use.

Marinate the crucian carp with onion, ginger, cooking wine and salt for 30 minutes.

Dip the marinated crucian carp into dry flour and set aside.

Heat oil and fry crucian carp.

Fry the crucian carp until golden and crispy, then take it out.
