Iced Blueberry Sauce Bitter Melon
Overview
Cainaiya loves to endure hardships. . . Melon, I still remember that I shared a recipe about bitter melon last time - "Stir-fried Bitter Melon with Spicy Cabbage". The combination of sour and appetizing spicy cabbage, fragrant eggs and bitter melon is a perfect dish for rice. When I was a child, Nanaya didn't like bitter melon the most, and I once doubted that anyone would want to eat something as bitter as medicine. Unexpectedly, as time changed, my taste also changed. Food is sweet and sour, and so is life. Sweetness is not good, bitterness is not bad. When I was a child, I was often taught by adults: good medicine is bitter in the mouth and good for illness, but honest words are hard on the ears and good for action. I didn’t understand at that time and thought that only sweet things were good and bitter things must be bad. As everyone knows, eating too much sweet things is not good for your teeth and body. There are always pros and cons. Just like all life experiences, blessings and misfortunes depend on each other, and life is impermanent. Later, I gradually fell in love with eating bitter melon. I liked the bitter taste in my mouth, especially the bitterness lingering on the back of my tongue. The indescribable taste, every trace of bitterness can affect the nerves along the taste buds. The bitterness of bitter melon is gentle, subtle, and can make people get close. The older I grow, the more I realize that having a good meal with my family and spending time with my family is a kind of happiness. This kind of happiness is simple and calm, warm and peaceful. There is no fanfare, no oaths of friendship, companionship is the best confession. A piece of light bitter gourd, a touch of sweetness, a touch of bitterness. Apart from feeling the taste on the tip of the tongue, all that is left is a variety of thoughts.
