Sweet Apple Circles

Overview

Once I went to a creative restaurant with my best friend for dinner, and one of the desserts was this apple ring. It looked simple enough, so I went home and made my own. It was actually tastier than the one I had at the restaurant! Eat it while it's hot, it's really crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! My mother-in-law and husband didn’t even find out what it was, and both asked what was inside, haha

Steps

1. 1 Prepare materials

   

2. 2 Peel the apple

   

3. 3 Horizontal slice

   

4. 4 Use a grinder to remove the circle in the middle

   

5. 5 Beat eggs

   

6. 6 Coat bagels with a layer of flour

   

7. 7 Then wrap it in a layer of egg wash

   

8. 8 Coat it with another layer of bread crumbs

   

9. 9 Heat the oil until it is 60% hot

   

10. 10 Fry the apple rings until golden brown on both sides

    

11. 11 Put on oil-absorbing paper to remove excess oil
