Bread machine coconut bread
Overview
I worked in a cake shop when I was in college, and I especially loved coconut. The taste of coconut is very attractive to me, especially coconut bread, which is fragrant and soft. I also learned how to make it myself. I didn’t have an oven at home, so I used a bread machine to make the whole set.

Follow the order of wet first and then dry. 2 eggs, 160ml of milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 4/3 teaspoon of salt, 3 cups of flour, and finally 1 teaspoon of yeast on top.

Everything is put away, manually select kneading I and wait for the kneading process.

While waiting for the fermentation process, we can first make the coconut filling, 25 grams of butter or 3 small spoons. One egg yolk. 3 tablespoons of white sugar. 50 grams of shredded coconut.

Knead the fermented dough to remove the air and divide it into 2 pieces.

Cover with plastic wrap for 15 minutes.

Take one and dry it into flatbreads.

Spread the coconut filling evenly.

Roll up this one from top to bottom, and do the same with the other one.

The two pieces of dough were finally rolled.

Make a cut in the middle and cross each one over the other and that's it.

Place the flower-shaped ones in the bread machine. Ferment for 40 minutes.

After fermentation, beat an egg yolk and apply a layer on it with a brush. Bake for 40 minutes.

It will be ready after 40 minutes, and it will be delicious. Better than the ones from the bakery.
