Crispy peanuts

Overview

Peanuts are a frequent guest on the dining table. They are crispy and delicious and are a good dish to go with wine

Wash the peanuts in water and spread them on the curtain to dry
Add peanuts to the pan with cold oil and stir-fry frequently over low heat
When it's almost done, pour a little high-strength white wine into the pan and take it out when the color starts to turn yellow. The freshly fried peanuts are a bit soft and will become crispy after cooling
