Prepare ingredients. Shred two pancakes, shred vegetables, one egg, and cut green onion into sections. Spare.

Heat a wok, add oil, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant, add vegetables (I used cabbage) and stir-fry. Then add appropriate amount of water.

Bring the water to a boil, then add the cakes and eggs (if you want poached eggs, add the eggs first). Add a little salt. It can be cooked in half a minute.

Take it out and your simple and light breakfast is completed.
