Overview
Generally, the fried sauce is made from pork belly, which is fat and lean. The fried sauce is very fragrant. This time I made a change and used chicken breast fried in sauce, which was also very delicious. The only difference is that you add more oil when frying the sauce.

Cut chicken breast into cubes.
