Pork trotters and soybean jelly
Overview
Recently I often cook pig's trotters and soybean soup because my grandma loves it. The crispy skin and tender meat stewed in a pressure cooker are very suitable for the teeth of the elderly. It is rich in nutrients and easy to digest and absorb. But Nuo Ba and Nuo Bao didn't like eating very crispy broth like this, so they made this jelly soup, which was very popular.
