Cut the tofu into desired thickness and width

Heat a pan, add oil, and when the oil is hot, fry the tofu until both sides are brown, take it out and set aside

Heat the wok and pour in the oil. When the oil is 50% hot, stir-fry the Pixian bean paste until fragrant. Stir-fry the ginger, minced garlic and green onions until fragrant

Stir-fry the meat, add light soy sauce and cooking wine;

Add the fried tofu and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of salt. If you feel the soup is too little, you can add an appropriate amount of water. Once the tofu is fragrant, you can start the pot.
