Boil the sago twice in boiling water. The first time it is cooked until it is half cooked (there are a little white spots in the sago). Remove the cold water and the second time it is cooked until it is fully cooked.

Cut the mango into cubes and set aside

Peel the grapefruit and take appropriate amount of grapefruit flesh

Put 2/3 mango, 50ml whipping cream, and ice cubes into a food processor and blend into mango puree

Spread a layer of sago juice on the bottom of the bowl, pour in mango puree, coconut milk, mango cubes and grapefruit pulp
