Sweet Potato Pizza
Overview
Sweet potatoes contain dietary fiber, carotene, rich vitamins, and more than 10 kinds of trace elements such as potassium, iron, copper, and calcium. They have high nutritional value. They are called the most balanced health food by nutritionists and are the best among grains and vegetables. Use sweet potatoes instead of tomato sauce to cover the entire pizza base. The sweet and soft sweet potatoes, plus sautéed diced onions, bacon, crispy sausage, and fragrant cheese slices will make you want to eat another piece after eating one. The following quantities can make a 9-inch pizza.
