Steps
-
Crush the donkey-hide gelatin through the package or beat it into powder and soak it in rice wine for 3 days (if the donkey-hide gelatin is ground into powder and then soaked, it only takes half a day). Put the soaked donkey-hide gelatin together with the container in a pot over water and heat while stirring until all the donkey-hide gelatin melts into liquid. Add crushed rock sugar. The more broken the rock sugar, the easier it will melt. Stir constantly while cooking to melt all the rock sugar
-
Pour the ingredients from fine to thick into the rock sugar donkey-hide gelatin paste. Stir each ingredient evenly before pouring in the next ingredient. Pour in all the ingredients in turn, stirring constantly, and simmer for 20 minutes before turning off the heat
-
Line the container with oil paper, pour in the mixed donkey-hide gelatin paste, press well and wait until it cools down
-
Place it in the refrigerator and freeze until it is no longer soft to the touch. Tear off the parchment paper
-
Cut into pieces of about 10 grams
-
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator, one piece in the morning and one in the evening
