Overview
It’s Double Festival at home, and there’s plenty of fish and meat to eat. Today I’m going to make a quick and easy fat-reducing snack - blueberry taro.

Prepare the ingredients and wash the taro with water.

Steam the taro for 20 minutes until cooked.

Let the steamed taro cool.

Let cool and then peel.

Add appropriate amount of sugar into it and mash it into puree with a spoon.

Pressed taro puree.

Use a spoon to put the taro puree into the mooncake mold and press it into a mooncake shape.

Finally, drizzle with blueberry sauce and garnish.
