Separate the egg yolk and egg white. The container for placing the egg white must be oil-free and water-free

When the egg whites are foamy, add 1/3 sugar. Beat until the foam is fine, then add 1/3 sugar.

Finally, add the remaining sugar and beat until dry peaks form. Lift the egg beater and pull up the small corners without bending.

Add the fine sugar to the egg yolks and beat them evenly. Pour the egg whites into the egg yolk paste and gently fold it in half from bottom to top.

Finally, put the egg paste into a piping bag, use a medium round piping head or cut off the head of the piping bag directly, and squeeze out the shape of your finger on a baking sheet lined with oil paper.
