Coconut Purple Sweet Potato Tart

My son wanted to give egg tarts to a friend, and I thought about how he had given them several flavors before. Why should I make a different egg tart? I just had steamed purple sweet potatoes, so I made this purple sweet potato tart. Romantic purple is a beautiful gift. This egg tart does not use light cream or milk, but uses coconut milk and purple sweet potato. The finished product has a strong coconut flavor and the romantic purple color of the purple sweet potato. An egg tart recipe that has both color and taste, it’s worth trying.
