Plum Blossom Bread
Overview
I fell in love with baking and couldn't stop it. Watching my family eating the bread I made and seeing the bread getting better and better, I felt really happy and had a sense of accomplishment. This feeling was something I didn't have when I saw the results of my work! Haha, so, a woman still has to be able to go to the hall and the kitchen!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Stir together all ingredients except butter to form a dough. Knead the dough by hand or by machine until it is smooth enough to pull out large pieces of fascia, add butter, continue kneading, and then place it in a warm place to ferment.
-
It's ready to ferment until it's more than 3 times in size. (My one today is really too big)
-
Divide into round balls and let rest for 15 minutes.
-
Shape into long strips and relax for 10 minutes.
-
Then rub it long.
-
Circle into a 6.
-
Wrap one end around the ring twice, glue it to the previous end, pinch it tightly, and tuck it underneath.
-
Sort out the shape.
-
Make 6 pieces and carry out secondary fermentation, about 45 minutes.
-
Brush with egg wash and place in preheated oven at 185 degrees for 15 minutes.
