Delicious cookies
Overview
I rarely make butter cookies. I always feel that too much butter is not good for health. This time, my children's English class is having a party tomorrow. In order to make the children happy, I made more. Because I made a lot, I used a lot. Parents, you can divide the amount by three. I used other recipes before, but the dough was always too dry and difficult to squeeze. This time I added some milk. Although I squeezed it a little hard, it was much better than the original one. If you still feel it is dry, you can add some more milk, but the batter should not be too thin, otherwise it will not be easy to shape. I have posted some random photos, but this is my first time writing a recipe, so I would like to ask my friends for their advice.

Steps
-
All ingredients are weighed and prepared, and the butter is cut into small pieces and softened in advance.
-
Add powdered sugar and salt to the butter and beat it. I just got a splash-proof lid. The biggest headache every time I whip the butter is that it splashes everywhere. With this lid, it's OK.
-
The whipped butter turns white.
-
Add the egg yolks in three batches, stirring thoroughly with the butter after each addition, until all the egg yolks are added
-
Pour in the milk and stir thoroughly with the butter
-
Add the cake flour and start mixing with a spatula.
-
Stir and stir, stir and stir until no dry noodles are visible. Be careful not to over-stir. Put it into the piping bag prepared in advance. From the previous experience of making cookies, I used a cloth piping bag. If you use a disposable one, it is recommended to wrap some transparent tape on the outside to prevent the piping bag from breaking when squeezing hard. I used an eight-tooth piping nozzle.

Squeeze and squeeze, squeeze as hard as you can, forget to take a photo, this is baked, preheat the oven at 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes, be sure to keep an eye on it for the next 4 or 5 minutes, the temperature of each oven is different, it will be fine if there is a light yellow color around the biscuit. It doesn’t look good, please forgive me!

I used half of the noodles to make the original flavor, and added some cocoa powder and Hershey's chocolate sauce to the other half. You can control the amount yourself.

This is a cookie with chocolate sauce and cocoa powder. This plate was made by my father under my training. He is very energetic, so it is not bad. I baked about 64 pieces in total.
