Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Slice lotus root, lemon oak, and cut purple cabbage into small pieces.

Add a little cold water to purple cabbage and make juice.

Strain through a sieve.

Squeeze lemon juice into cabbage juice and mix well.

Blanch the lotus root slices in boiling water. (Put some salt in the water)

Blanched lotus root slices are soaked in cabbage juice for 30 minutes to take on color.

Drain the water. Squeeze in the Kewpie Salad Dressing.
