Overview

My children love to eat pizza, and I happened to have fruit at home. I woke up this morning and made a fruit pizza. The amount of fruit I made was sufficient, and it was clean and hygienic! It’s your first time, let’s learn from each other!

Steps

  1. The pizza I bought, omitting the steps of making the pie, included various fruits, chopped cherries and lychees, sliced apples, I used canned yellow peaches, cut them into small pieces with a spoon, cut dragon fruit into cubes, and soaked green beans in warm water.

  2. Put butter in the pot, melt over low heat, add various fruit pieces, and stir-fry until the water is slightly dry.

  3. Add condensed milk and stir-fry briefly.

  4. I bought the crust, pricked it a little more with a fork, and spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese (the shredded cheese was bought directly online. I forgot to take a photo)

  5. Then add the fried fruit pieces.

  6. Finally, put American almond slices and dried cranberries on top of the fruit pieces (I roughly chopped the almonds in half, and chopped the cranberries slightly)

  7. Finally, spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese (if you buy shredded cheese, just shred the cheese)

  8. It's baked. It's the first time I've made it. It's quite successful. I read other people's posts and some said it's not stringy. Mine is okay. It's stringy, but not a lot. I don't know if there's not enough cheese.
