I read a lot of recipes online, and the ice skin is almost the same, and the durian filling is basically fried in butter. Personally, I like pure durian, the less processed the better. So I made the stuffing in my own way. It tastes good, pure~

Use a whisk to beat the durian into a puree. Be careful to remove the durian core in advance
