Red Heart Dragon Fruit Noodles
Overview
When the baby reaches the age of supplementary food, the grain noodles sold in maternal and infant stores feel expensive and small in quantity. Although the nutrients are comprehensive, there are also additives in it. So as a qualified mother, I made granular noodles for my baby myself, without adding any flavors or preservatives.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the red pitaya into cubes and grind in a food processor
-
Pour the beaten juice into the flour and stir evenly to form a dough. It will be easier to roll out the dough later if it is harder.
-
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
-
Then use a rolling pin to roll it into dough, depending on the size of your home panel. My home panel is relatively small, so I cut the dough into two pieces and rolled them in batches. Sprinkle cornmeal on both sides of the rolled out dough
-
Cut the dough into noodles and sprinkle with corn flour (the thinner the dough, the better. The thinner the noodles, the better.)
-
Then cut the noodles into small dices.
-
Finally, pass all the cut grain noodles through a sieve to filter out the corn flour. I don’t use a sieve at home. I think corn flour is a miscellaneous grain and is nutritious for babies to eat😃
