Fried sugar cake
Overview
I've had a cold for several days and I haven't had much appetite. I wanted to eat something sweet, so I thought of a dessert my mom usually makes, fried sugar cakes. I tried making it twice. It’s very sweet but I can’t eat too much because I’m really afraid of gaining weight

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour an appropriate amount of flour into the basin and add a little sugar
-
Use freshly boiled water to knead the dough. Use a rolling pin to stir quickly while adding boiling water. Stir until there is no dry flour and the dough is slightly soft
-
When the dough is not too hot, dip your hands in some cooking oil and knead the dough into a smooth dough. Let it rest for a while. When it wakes up, cover the dough with a cloth to prevent the surface of the dough from drying out
-
Take an appropriate amount of white sugar in a bowl and add a little flour to prevent the sugar from escaping out during frying
-
Roll the dough into a long strip
-
Divide into portions and press into round cakes (I didn’t make them very round, haha)
-
Make a small nest in the middle of the dough
-
Put sugar, not too much, and wrap it up (be careful not to get oil on your hands, otherwise the sugar will leak out when the dough is not sealed properly and fried)
-
Wrap them up in order
-
When the oil is 80% hot, change to medium-low heat and fry
-
All the candy cakes floated
-
Fry until golden brown on both sides and serve
