Nutritious oil noodles
Overview
I went to Shanghai on a business trip and had barbecued pork noodles. It tasted great and suited my taste. After returning home, I started to imitate it. Because I pay attention to nutrition, I adopted the form of oil-splashed noodles, and then incorporated my own preferences into it, and finally completed this dish.

Boil water and add noodles

While the noodles are cooking, cut the side vegetables into shapes. This time I used thin bamboo shoots and cabbage. Cut the thin bamboo shoots into thin sections, shred the cabbage, chop the green onions, and cut the quail eggs in half for easy picking.

After the noodles are cooked, run them under cold water
