Overview
Because I was in a hurry to upload it for the first time and didn’t take pictures from the beginning and it was a bit busy. If you don’t like it, please don’t post it

-
Tomato cubes ()
-
Cut green onions into sections
-
Cut the tofu into cubes. Originally, I cut it into thick cubes, but I didn’t do it the first time because I was handicapped. I didn’t have a picture and I forgot to take a photo. I’m sorry. Anyway, just cut it into small cubes for later use
-
Put the fried tofu in the pot and fry it on all sides, but remember to put it down carefully and be careful that oil will spray out. Fry until golden brown because the frying was a bit mushy while I was taking pictures. (Tips: you can use a spoon and chopsticks to make it easier when flipping.) The fire should not be too high. After frying, put it on a plate for later use. I forgot to take a picture again
-
Heat up another pan and add oil (if there is leftover oil for frying the tofu just now, you can continue to use it)
-
Sauté green onions until fragrant
-
Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry over medium heat
-
Fry until the tomatoes release juice and are six ripe, pour in water and simmer for a while
-
When it's almost cooked, add the tofu and cook for a while
-
Add sugar according to your own taste. Don’t make it too sweet and don’t cover up the sourness. Only sweet and sour tastes good
-
How much juice should be left in the pot depends on your own taste. I like the soup very much, so I left more. The picture of the finished product is very blurry
