Recently, I have been chasing cheongsam beauty detectives, and I have fallen in love with the looks and acting skills of Ma Yili and Inspector Luo. In one episode, Inspector Luo was angry and was solved by being fed a mouthful of pudding by Miss Su. Such a foodie Luo Meinan was inexplicably cuter, haha. Seeing Luo Meinan eating pudding made me suddenly miss the taste of pudding. Let’s try making a simple milk pudding today. It’s super easy to make!

Prepare the required ingredients.

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.

Beat with hand mixer.

Pour 250ml of milk into the beaten egg liquid.

Pour in 20g white sugar.

Stir evenly until the sugar feels melted and has no grainy texture.

Use a sieve to filter out the foam and pour into a bowl.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

After preheating is completed, place the bowl filled with pudding liquid into the middle rack of the oven, and pour half of the warm water into the baking pan.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, take out the caramel color and sprinkle with 1 gram of white sugar or powdered sugar. Put it in the oven and heat it at 180 degrees for 2 minutes. Be careful not to bake it for too long.
