Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the peppers and dry them.
-
Use a meat grinder to mince it and put it into a basin. Don't mince it too much. The bigger the particles, the better the taste.
-
Add the salt and bean paste into the chili bowl and stir until combined.
-
Cover the pot with plastic wrap and steam it in a steamer for about half an hour.
-
Boil the sugar and vinegar together.
-
When it boils, add chicken essence and stir quickly.
-
Then put the chopped garlic into the basin. Do not cook the garlic and turn off the heat immediately.
-
Pour the boiled vinegar into the steamed chili sauce and stir to combine.
-
Let it cool and then can it.
-
You can eat three big steamed buns even if you dip them in the steamed buns!
