Handmade noodles have a salty taste and need to be rinsed with water.

Put the noodles into a pot of boiling water and blanch them for about 1 minute.

Remove and drain.

Chop some green garlic and put it in a bowl.

Pour an appropriate amount of mushroom soup base (freshly cooked and hot).

Put the noodles in and it's done.
