Cut the tofu into cubes, mince the onion and garlic and put it on a plate and set aside

Pour two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of sugar, and three tablespoons of boiled water into a bowl to make a soup and set aside

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, add the tofu cubes, and fry slowly over low heat. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt during the process
