Classic Garlic Sauce
Overview
[Classic Garlic Sauce] My all-purpose sauce. Garlic sauce is used as a sauce for noodles. Personally, I think it has the same benefits as those classic sauces in Western food. In our local folk, cold noodles with garlic sauce is the most classic home-cooked meal. I don’t know how many wanderers’ saliva I have lost. My husband and son absolutely love this taste. Not only for mixing noodles, but also as a sauce for steamed vegetables and as a sauce for braised pork. Everyone has their own way of making the sauce, but this is my favorite. There is no recipe, I just pick it up from the letter. Ingredients: garlic Seasoning: salt, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil (sometimes vinegar is used, sometimes not)

Use a garlic mortar to mash the garlic into a puree. You can add a small amount of salt during the process to make it easier to mash the garlic quickly.
-
Pounded garlic can be left uncovered for full oxidation.
-
Then add light soy sauce, salt, and sugar. I used powdered sugar. A little goes a long way.
-
Add sesame oil and mix thoroughly. You can add a small amount of cold water or broth here, depending on the situation, but the amount should not be too large, just a little is enough.

Mix thoroughly.
