Overview

There is no heating in the winter in the south, so the choice of ingredients tends to be warm, hot, and spicy to help the body ward off the cold. The glutinous rice is called sweet wine in the south. Every year after November, every household will brew the glutinous rice and wait for 3-5 days for the glutinous rice to be ready.
