Ingredients for medium-sized dough: bread flour, high-sugar resistant yeast powder.

Mix the yeast powder and water evenly, pour it into the bread flour, stir evenly with chopsticks, then put it in the refrigerator to ferment for 10 hours.

Ingredients for black sesame cheese meal packs: Chinese dough, bread flour, black sesame seeds, cheese, sugar, eggs, salt, olive oil, and milk powder.

Put the medium-sized dough, eggs (you can leave a little egg white for brushing the surface of the bread), cheese (cut into pieces), sugar, milk powder, and high-gluten flour into the bread machine and start the kneading process.

When the dough forms, add salt and continue kneading.

When the dough becomes smooth and the film can be pulled out, add olive oil and continue kneading.

After the olive oil is mixed with the dough, add black sesame seeds and continue kneading.

Knead the black sesame seeds evenly into the dough, take out the dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature.

The dough slowly expands and becomes fluffy. When pressed with your hands, small pits appear and do not shrink or collapse, which means the fermentation is complete.

Remove the dough and divide into 6 equal parts.

Knead the dough into a small round ball and place it on the baking sheet.

Use the fermentation setting of the oven for secondary proofing. Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven to increase the humidity and the dough will slowly rise.

Press the surface of the dough and it will spring back very well. Take out the dough and brush it with egg white (I used egg white). Preheat the oven and set the upper heat to 180 degrees and the lower heat to 180 degrees. After preheating, put the bread into the middle and lower layers of the oven and bake for 23 minutes. When the surface of the bread is colored, press the sides of the bread with your hands and it will spring back. The bread is mature. Take it out and let it cool before eating.
